Terms of Service

By using the FITOOX app and the fitoox.com website, you accept these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. At first sign-in, every user (trainer and client) is asked to confirm acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy; for material changes, confirmation is requested again.

1. What FITOOX is

FITOOX is an app designed for personal trainers to manage clients - training and nutrition plans, progress tracking, billing, and communication. Each account is intended for ONE trainer who runs their own business; FITOOX does not offer team/multi-trainer accounts for trainer-users.

2. Account and trial period

By registering you get 30 days of free use, with no need to enter a payment card. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide during registration and for keeping your password confidential.

3. Payment and cancellation

After the trial period, continued use is billed according to the package matching the number of clients you manage (pricing is shown on the website). You may cancel at any time, with no notice period - access remains active until the end of the already-paid period.

4. Your data and your clients' data

For the data you enter about your clients, you are the data controller and FITOOX is a processor that processes that data solely on your instructions and for the purpose of providing the service. You are responsible for having a legal basis (e.g. the client's consent) to process that data through FITOOX (e.g. health data, measurements, progress photos) and for making information about the processing available to your clients. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

5. Permitted use

You may use the account solely for the legitimate operation of your training business. The following are prohibited: sharing the account with persons outside your profile in a way that circumvents the pricing; attempting unauthorized access to other accounts or data; using the app for anything unlawful.

6. Service availability

We strive to keep FITOOX available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation free of any downtime (maintenance, unforeseen technical issues). We will notify you in advance of planned downtime whenever possible.

7. Account termination

You may request deletion of your account at any time by writing to info@fitoox.com. We reserve the right to suspend an account that violates these terms.

8. Changes to the terms

If we change these terms, the new version will be published on this page with an updated date.
